Dara
Occupational Therapist • Health Coach • Fitness Professional
Dara Milestone founded The Forever Fit Club to empower adults 65+ to move with confidence, strength, and independence. A lifelong athlete, Dara discovered her passion for helping others early on — from coaching soccer and running varsity track to earning her degree in Exercise Science and later a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Barry University.
Her journey includes years of clinical experience across major South Florida hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and home care settings. Dara’s approach combines physical fitness with emotional well-being, helping seniors build strength, prevent falls, and enhance daily living skills.
Inspired by her grandmother, Tola Milestone — a Holocaust survivor who lived courageously but often without the community support she deserved — Dara created The Forever Fit Club to ensure no senior feels alone on their wellness journey.
